Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you want to forward email messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
